Default Built LS1 trade for boat

I saw this add on SF bay area craiglist its not mine but i thought Id share it w/you guys....

I've got a built ls1 I wanna put out there on the market to see if anyone is interested. It's part of a project that I won't be able to continue for a few years. So it's a stock ls1 bottom end with new arp rod bolts for the increased rpm and hp. Got an slp ls6 ported oil pump with comp oil pump pickup. Covering all that is a polished fabricated aluminum oil pan, with remote oil filter and -10an stainless hoses and fittings. Next I installed the slp true double roller timing sprockets and chain. Installed new front crank seal on the front engine cover and new gasket. On the crank I installed an slp underdrive balancer pulley. Installed Texas speed ms3 cam (specs- duration-242/ lift-609") with there ls7 lifters and comps chromoly 7.4 pushrods. Now the heads are 04' zo6, 243 castings. They where taking to a machine shop and cleaned up, valve job, pressure tested, valves checked, new seals, guides and Texas speed dual valve springs were installed. Springs are good up to .650" lift. The heads were installed with .051" multi layered steel cometic gaskets and arp head bolts. Next I installed yella terra 1.7 roller rockers and to cover them up I bought some polished fabricated aluminum valve covers and aluminum msd coil pack brackets. The intake is a Holley (300-123) 102 mm intake. I was planing on running a th400 behind this engine, so I bought a tci flexplate and installed it with arp bolts. You can also use the flexplate with a 4l80e. Works with both. Its got the stock water pump and new gaskets as well as the steering pump, alternator and brackets. Well that's about it. If you have any questions feel free to give me a call, but please read before you call. I don't need to sell this engine, so don't even come at me with a lowball number. I'm asking $5,500. I think that's a rather fair number. Anyways you can email me or call Matt at (510) 772-9282. Thanks for your time, please don't waist my time if you don't have the money, would consider trading for a nice, running fishing boat. Thanks again.
